Following their initial collaboration back in October with a jiu-jitsu-themed release, Albino & Preto and the Wu-Tang Clan reunite for Part II of their collection. Continuing the thematic thread from the first release, this latest offering once again draws inspiration from the iconic hip-hop group and its deep-rooted connection to martial arts.
The Wu-Tang Clan x Albino & Preto collection Part II introduces a range of items including a jiu-jitsu kimono, hoodie, bucket hat, handmade rug, and towel. Reflecting Wu-Tang's signature blend of gold and black, drawn from their Killer Bees motif, the collection is adorned with various logos and slogans from tracks such as "Bring Da Ruckus" and "Protect Ya Neck."
At the forefront of this special release is a 450 pearl weave kimono set featuring a white body with yellow accents. Embroidered with "Shaolin" on the left shoulder and a stack of A&P Mark logos on the opposite side, the kimono also showcases the Wu logo and Worldwide logo on the front and back, accompanied by embroidered slogans. The pants are marked with a stack of Worldwide logos and "Albino & Preto" in Wu-Tang script, with the Wu-Tang script continued on the rear accompanied by the Wu logo at the bottom.
In addition to the similarly designed hoodie, bucket hat, and jacquard towel, the collection includes a custom Wu Logo Rug. Crafted by Noreen Seabrook, a pioneer in Nepalese Tibetan carpet and rug weaving, this handmade rug, measuring three feet in length, features the A&P Mark inside the iconic Wu logo.
